Overview of Apprenticeship role and duties

As an Administrator, the role is to assist a team of talented legal recruiters. Teamwork is a massive part of everyone’s role at Interlink Recruitment and this is especially true of an Administrator who supports a very busy team. The role is very varied and aims to take the administration away from the consultants so that they can focus on what they are great at; placing candidates with quality law firms.

A typical day can be a balancing act of organisation; answering the phones, searching through job boards looking for candidates, posting jobs onto multiple websites, reviewing regional legal news, and making sure that all candidates we place have all the relevant paperwork in place. Most of all the role is to help make sure the consultants are happy and have the tools they need to do their role.

Skills and experience:

It is essential that you have achieved Five GCSE grades A* – C with grade C in English and Maths or equivalent. Educated to college level preferred.

  • Proficient in IT, with good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient communication skills and taking initiative where required.
