The Future Talent Service – For Employers based in the Northwest

The Future Talent Service includes the following:

  • Working with 48 schools and colleges to engage and attract high calibre students.
  • Advertising your vacancy on our website and the government apprenticeship website.
  • Carefully select and match applicants to your business.
  • Organising interviews and start dates.
  • Supporting offers and confirming apprenticeship places.

Our sourcing services are available for employers looking to recruit Business Administration and Accounting apprentices.

The Recruit Direct Service – For Employers based outside of the Northwest

The Recruit Direct Service is a complimentary service that helps employers gain early access to a talent pool of school and college leavers who are actively seeking apprenticeships.

The service covers guidance on how to source students, thorough assessment checks to ensure that candidates are committed and meet the eligibility criteria, plus feedback from our experienced recruitment team and guaranteed confirmation of apprenticeship places.

It is designed to give employers peace of mind and confidence when hiring candidates, who are new to the workplace and apprenticeship programmes.
