In the following video, Business Administration apprentices Luke, Katie and Daniel talk about their apprenticeship programmes, and what it was like to step into the world of work after finishing at college!
All three of these apprentices came through our Future Talent programme, which helps match young people with apprenticeship roles in reputable companies:
- Katie is a HR Coordinator at Slater and Gordon.
- Luke is a 1st Line Support Technician at Kuits Solicitors.
- Daniel is a Business Administrator at The National Institute For Health And Care Excellence (NICE).
There are a number of interesting insights that all three apprentices share.
Katie recommends that everyone should read up on apprenticeships. She was previously set on the University route, but after some research, she learned that apprenticeships suited her.
Likewise, Daniel touches on the huge amount of experience he receives on the job, and how truly valuable that experience is.
Furthermore, Luke talks about his involvement in preparing the workforce at Kuits Solicitors for working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Enjoy the video!
Thank you to the three apprentices for getting involved in the video! Above all, it is great to see them doing so well in their roles.
Our business administration programme has recently been revamped to include 7000+ online learning resources. It is delivered nationally, in an online format. Read about the programme in more detail here.
