Meet the First Cohort of Young Leaders

Young Leaders

Sixteen apprentices from The Apprentice Academy have embarked on a three-month programme to understand what it takes to be a great leader.

The Young Leaders Award is accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and has been specifically developed for young people aged between 14 and 24.

The Award is offered alongside the Academy’s Apprenticeship programme, and aims to further develop and enhance lifelong self-development, leadership and employability skills, as well as behaviours to help build confidence and increase productivity.

The programme includes two full day interactive workshops that stretches learners’ ability to lead, mentor and support others. Here are a few photos from one of the days:
