The Leadership and Management programme at The Apprentice Academy has been improving massively over the last few years and it’s only highlighted by the recent fantastic success rates. We are extremely pleased to announce that there was a 100% first time pass rate on the first End Point Assessment! Well done to all the managers involved.
The Apprentice Academy were early adopters of both the level 3 and Level 5 Management Apprenticeship Standards back in January 2017. Now the first of over 150 management apprentices enrolled have come to the end of their programme, and all have passed first time!
The new Apprenticeships Standards are End Point Assessed by an independent assessment organisation. ILM (The Institute for Leadership & Management) were so impressed that they gave over 50% of the apprentices, a Distinction, the highest grade that can be achieved.
Congratulations to the following apprentices – Kuits Solicitors managers Nicole, Sarah and Vicky. Fiona from Key Travel. Paul from Kenworthy Chambers. Richard, Trudi, Thomas, Richard, Roxana, Carly, Daniel, Cameron, Gail, Amanda and Poppy from Arrow Global, Gemmer from Brother UK and Sebastian from Cubic Motion.
We are one of the first training providers in the country to put managers through this apprenticeship standard. It really is a credit to the managers who worked so hard, and also the expert coaches who guide managers through the programme.
More information on the Apprenticeship Standard can be found here.

More about the programme
The 15 month programme offers a blended flexible learning approach covering 10 ILM modules, supported by interactive workshops, and regular contact from one of our expert coaches.
Both apprentices and employers recognised the impact the programme has had, in improving confidence, competence and capability, delivering a real return on the time invested in making them better managers.
Arrow Global, a leading European credit management services provider, with Head offices in Manchester see the management apprenticeship programme as a key component to developing their people to become highly productive managers and leaders within the business. They put 11 people through the programme.
Once again, congratulations to all the apprentices. Why not put your own apprentices through the Leadership and Management programme? Contact TAA today
