Our Future Talent service offers employers a great opportunity to recruit talented young people to Business Administration or Accounting apprenticeship positions. Last year The Apprentice Academy placed over 100 College leavers into apprentice vacancies within Greater Manchester. We have now begun our search for a 100 more!
What is Future Talent?
Our Future Talent service is designed to help employers save time, reduce risk and ensure high levels of success when taking on an apprentice. We specialise is finding high quality and motivated A level and BTEC Diploma students who rather than going to university, want to find an apprenticeship with an employer that can offer great training, support, and progression opportunities.
To enter our Talent Pool, we fully assess each young person before matching them to any vacancy. We will then carefully select and send details of suitable applicants, setting up interviews, providing feedback, and organising Summer start dates (July, August, September).
We are currently holding Fast Track sessions at colleges around Greater Manchester, including at Aquinas College and Xaverian College. These sessions are great for identifying keen and ready to go individuals who are motivated to start an apprenticeship.
We are taking apprenticeship vacancies now to set up interviews from March. Employers wanting to secure the best young talent for their business are advised to do so now!
“I would just like to say how impressed I am with the calibre of candidates and the process in which you confirm all the relevant details. This is an absolute breath of fresh air compared to the apprentice companies I have worked with in the past”. Erica Boland (S&G Response)
