The Apprentice Academy is very excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for both the Medium Training Provider of the Year and the Apprenticeship Provider of the Year awards with AAT! We’re looking forward to the conference in May!
Over the last two years, The Academy has grown its Accountancy apprenticeship numbers from just 8 learners in September 2016 to over 120 by March 2019, employing industry experienced tutors and coaches to deliver both level 3 and 4 Accountancy apprenticeship programmes.
The hard work has paid off!
We work with some great employers, recruiting college leavers for their apprentice finance positions, and upskilling existing employees. Including:
- Network Rail
- My Accountancy Place
- SPX Flow
- Diversity Travel
- UHY Hacker Young
- Zen Internet
- Sapphire Accounting
We have received great feedback, both from apprentices and the apprentice managers at these companies. Below are a few examples of this feedback:
“I just wanted to thank Andy so much for providing a fantastic level of support during my AAT apprenticeship.” – Arran Johnson, Timpson’s.
“The Apprentice Academy have done a great job of matching the right candidates with our specific business” – Will Jarvis, My Accountancy Place.
“I have received a lot support with my AAT, not only in the classroom but also at home. This is because my tutor is always willing to answer my questions whether that is face to face or via email.” – Jovilda Messa, Network Rail
“The support you receive from start to finish is great and the structure is superb” – Nathan Peploe, Network Rail
The winners of the awards will be announced on Thursday 9th May at the Training Provider Awards ceremony in Stratford upon Avon. Programme manager Angela Renshaw and her team will be attending the awards and will hopefully hear some great news live in person!
The apprenticeship development programmes are available to all employees of all ages who want to gain AAT qualifications and develop their skills and knowledge to a higher level. We provide both Level 3 and Level 4 programmes, and options of classroom or online learning routes. You can learn more about each individual programme by clicking one of the buttons below:
Let’s hope for a positive result in May!
