The Apprentice Academy Wins AAT Apprenticeship Provider of the Year

The Apprentice Academy is proud to announce that we are the 2019 winners of the prestigious AAT ‘Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year’ Award!

The winners were announced last night at the AAT conference awards ceremony in Stratford Upon Avon.

Over the past two years we have invested hugely in developing our accountancy programmes around the new apprenticeship standards, to ensure that all learners have the best possible learning experience and achieve success.

Our training team are all AAT qualified and have worked within the accounting industry for many years, so understand how to support their learners well. This has helped us to achieve 100% first time pass rates.

The Accountancy apprenticeships are now available to all employees of all ages who work within accounting functions who want to gain AAT qualifications and develop their knowledge and skills so they can become highly competent and confident in their roles.

Employees can choose how they learn from online webinars to more traditional classroom environments, with lots of support from our coaches and tutors. And we have programme starting at regular intervals throughout the year.

Accountancy Apprenticeships are a popular choice now for school and college leavers wanting to start careers within this professional sector and its important that employers engage and develop new talent.

The Business, Finance and Professional Services (BFPS) sector is one of the largest sectors in the UK economy and is forecast to experience significant future growth. Between 2015 and 2035, Business, Financial & Professional Services are expected to create almost half (47.8%) of all new jobs in Greater Manchester.

To support this growth and need – The Apprentice Academy offer a ‘nil cost’ recruitment and development service to employers in the Greater Manchester area to help them attract high calibre students looking to start a career within accountancy.

This recruitment and attraction service is available now to all employers within the region – with students being able to start from July to October.
