Project Management Apprenticeship
The Associate Project Management Level 4
Learn all the aspects of Project Management, with learning aligned to the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), without having to sit any exams.
To meet the eligibility requirements of this apprenticeship, learners will need to be working within a project management environment, or within a position where they can be given ownership of specific elements of a project.

The funding band for this programme is £7,000.
12 to 14 months
Learners will need to be working within a project management environment, or in a position where they can be given ownership of specific elements of a project. Entry requirements:
- The employee has some gaps in their knowledge and skill that relates to this occupational role
- The employee must be aged 16 or above (there is no upper age limit)
- The employee can work full or part time hours
- The employee works for a company in England
- The employee spends > 50% of their time working in England (remote and hybrid workers included)
- The employee has the right to work in England
- The employee has spent the last 3 years living in England
There are no limits to the number of apprenticeships that can be done by an individual. If an employee takes on new responsibilities or moves into a new occupational area, that requires new knowledge and skill, then they can commence a new Apprenticeship (even if the level is lower or the same as the previous apprenticeship done).
Learners aged 19 + are no longer required to study Maths and English (regardless of previous grades), but do have the option to study and sit these additional qualifications, if they want to (The government cover the full cost to do this). Learners who are aged 16-18 must do Maths and English Functional Skills as part of their Apprenticeship (only if they do not already have a minimum grade C ‘O’ Level, or grade 4 GCSE or equivalent).
