Level 3 Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprenticeship (Includes Level 3 CIPS Cert)

The Apprentice Academy are rated as the Number 1 Apprenticeship Training Provider in the ‘Find a Training Provider’ Government portal for the Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant Apprenticeship. In addition, our CIPS exam pass rates consistently exceed global pass rates and 94% of our learners have gained Distinction grades in this apprenticeship.

Programme Overview

• This programme is delivered online via weekly interactive learning sessions with a CIPS trainer
• It includes the CIPS Level 3 Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations
• Learners receive monthly one-to-one coaching with an experienced procurement coach
• Learners receive Profex Pass Kits and have full access to CIPS online resources
• Peer to peer learning is facilitated with other procurement learners

'Completing a Level 3 Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship and gaining a distinction has been a transformative experience, not just professionally but personally as well. Costs and funding

Employers paying the apprenticeship levy can use their funds to pay for this programme.

Smaller organisations with an annual payroll bill of less than £3 million per year will need to contribute 5% towards the cost of the apprenticeship for employees aged 22 +. The government will cover 100% of the cost for employees aged 16-21. From 1^st Aug 2026 the government will fund 100% of the cost for employees aged 16-24.

Eligibility criteria for employees to do an Apprenticeship:

• The employee must be aged 16 or above (there is no upper age limit)
• The employee can work full or part time hours
• The employee works for a company in England
• The employee spends > 50% of their time working in England (remote and hybrid workers included)
• The employee has some gaps in their knowledge and skill that relates to their occupational role
• The employee has the right to work in England
• The employee has spent the last 3 years living in England
