Learner Testimonials

‘I am currently in the middle of my Level 4 Housing & Property Management apprenticeship. The course so far has been fantastic and very streamlined! I have felt extremely supported by my mentor and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. I can already see a huge improvement in my knowledge and skills within my role and in my day-to-day life. My coach is approachable and supportive, and I would highly recommend the Apprentice Academy to anyone.’ – Annette Brown – Pinnacle Group Ltd

‘I am close to completing my Level 4, Housing and Property Management course and have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Having completed a Level 3 it was a natural progression to move to the Level 4. This course really builds on the knowledge gained in the Level 3 and is perfect for managers, directors and business owners. I have really liked how it focuses more on your own business and deepens the knowledge gained from the Level 3 and of course the day to day work we do as senior property managers and directors. I was concerned about how I would fit the course work in, but as a busy working mum, sitting down to work on my course provided a welcome break from other things, and I found myself really losing myself in my assignments, and feeling a sense of achievement when each task was complete. I was initially concerned that the video style of learning but actually being able to work on the videos at a suitable time actually worked really well and the level of detail in each video was exceptional. I think if you have completed your Level 3 and are managing a team or are a director of a business you would really enjoy the Level 4, and the best bit, is that no one can take that qualification from you once it is done! Thanks to all at The Apprentice Academy for another positive learning experience!’ – Charlotte Puddy – Abode Property Management Ltd

‘The level 4 course has been easy to balance with work and home life, although you must be strict with yourself in setting aside study time.  The online webinars and nature of the course make it easy to fit the course around what suits you individually.  Having a personal coach on hand is a great support and they’re always there to help. I’ve loved being able to spend time thinking about the broader aspects of the work I do and why I do it, it’s provided a great insight into the heart of the work and provided some useful information that I’ve been able to pass on to my team, to keep them interested and motivated. This is a great course for anyone working in housing, whether new to an organisation or experienced, informative, and insightful, and enhances professional housing knowledge.  I highly recommend it to employers to help them build and evidence a well-trained workforce and to employees to demonstrate their skills and knowledge. It does require effort but above all else, it’s enjoyable and well worth it.’ – Jane O’Neill – Your Homes Newcastle
