Housing/Property Management Apprenticeships

Housing/Property Management Apprenticeships are a valuable way for a business and individuals to become accredited and gain extensive knowledge about the housing/property sector.
Who can do these programmes?
These apprenticeship development programmes are now available to all employees of all ages who want to gain the IRPM or ARLA qualifications and develop their knowledge and skills to a higher level. Graduates can also learn via this apprenticeship route.
Learner Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be working in a company with an office address in England OR
- Spending > 50% of their time working in England
- Must work > 30 hours per week
- Must have the right to work in England
- Must be aged 16 or above (No upper age limit)
- Must not have a higher qualification in the same subject area as the apprenticeship they wish to commence
Employers paying the apprenticeship levy can use their funds to pay for these programmes. Smaller organisations with an annual payroll bill of less than £3 million per year, benefit from receiving 95% of the costs paid for by the government.
The available apprenticeships in property management now include:
Housing/Property Management (Level 3)
Designed to fully comply with new ROPA legislation, this Property Management Apprenticeship is designed for new recruits or existing employees who would like to be formally trained and qualified in the Property world. This programme includes complimentary membership for CIH and ARLA or IRPM qualifications as part of the programme.
Senior Housing/Property Management (Level 4) – For Managers
Designed to fully comply with new ROPA legislation, this Property Management Apprenticeship is aimed at senior employees who work in the Housing/Property sector and manage people.
