The Apprentice Academy has worked with over 250 organisations within the housing and property sector supporting employees to upskill and gain accreditations in CIH and TPI. This includes Councils, Housing Associations, Student Accommodations, block management specialists and property management agents. Our learners benefit from highly flexible programmes that enable them to achieve the highest possible success rates, with no exams to sit.
Housing and Property Management Level 3
The Apprentice Academy are rated as the Number 1 Apprenticeship Training Provider in the ‘Find a Training Provider’ Government portal for the Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship. This is because we have achieved the highest apprenticeship success rates for this programme and we have Excellent ratings from Employers and Excellent ratings from Learners.
Senior Property Management Level 4
The Apprentice Academy are rated as the Number 1 Apprenticeship Training Provider in the ‘Find a Training Provider’ Government portal for the Level 4 Senior Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship. Funding
Employers paying the apprenticeship levy can use their funds to pay for this programme.
Smaller organisations with an annual payroll bill of less than £3 million per year will need to contribute 5% towards the cost of the apprenticeship for employees aged 22 +. The government will cover 100% of the cost for employees aged 16-21. From 1st Aug 2026 the government will fund 100% of the cost for employees aged 16-24.
