Housing/Property Management Apprenticeships are a valuable way for a business and individuals to become accredited and gain extensive knowledge about the housing/property sector.
Who can do these programmes?
These apprenticeship development programmes are now available to all employees of all ages who want to develop their Property Management knowledge and skills to a higher level. Graduates can also learn via this apprenticeship route.

Employers paying the apprenticeship levy can use their funds to pay for these programmes. Smaller organisations with an annual payroll bill of less than £3 million per year, benefit from receiving 95% of the costs paid for by the government.
The available apprenticeships in property management now include:
Housing/Property Management (Level 3)
Designed to fully comply with new RoPa requirements, this Property Management Apprenticeship is designed for new recruits or existing employees who would like to be formally trained and qualified in the Property world. This programme includes complimentary membership for CIH.
Senior Housing/Property Management (Level 4) – For Managers
Designed to fully comply with new RoPa requirements, this Property Management Apprenticeship is aimed at senior employees who work in the Housing/Property sector and manage people.
