Who are these programmes designed for?
First line to senior managers and leaders who want to drive performance and achieve career success.
Using the latest management techniques and theories, managers will learn how to improve performance and develop their ability to lead, motivate and engage. The blended learning programme includes ILM workbooks, regular one to one personal coaching sessions, 360 degree feedback, reflective practice, and project work to ensure that the knowledge, skills, and behaviours are learned and transferred back into the workplace. To complement the programme a series of highly engaging workshops have been developed to stimulate peer to peer learning and collaboration with other managers.
ILM & CMI Membership
Following completion managers can register as Associate Members of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). In addition, managers with more than 3 years management experience are able to apply for chartered management status with the CMI.
