This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world leading media and digital communications group in the heart of the city centre. Their services include data analytics for advertising campaigns, communication strategies, online and traditional media planning, and marketing to name a few.

They have various departments for you to progress in to and will continue to develop and support apprentices achieve their potential.
They are now looking for x2 ambitious apprentices interested in Data Analytics to join their talented team. As an Analytics Assistant, you will be responsible for helping ensure accounts meet certain standards through creation of CRO activity (Conversion Rate Optimisation). Through training, you will become well versed in their unique and exclusive approach to Conversion, and you will help deliver continual improvement in client results. You will show a keen desire to learn and develop your skills, working closely with the rest of your team.
About the role
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Complete conversion activity providing context and insight wherever possible.
- Attend all relevant Conversion Rate Optimisation training sessions.
- Complete client Conversion Activity
- Respond to briefs on time and to specification.
- Respond to client and client service contacts within appropriate time scales.
- Learn about all relevant tools & technology and become a competent user.
- Become and stay accredited (GAIQ), passing all relevant exams
Skills and experience
You will be expected to have achieved/predicted 5 GCSE grades A*- C, including Maths and English and/or two A-levels Grades A – C or two BTECs Grade Merit or above (in any subject).
In addition to the above, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task, with good attention to detail. You will also need to be comfortable working under pressure and use initiative in problem solving, and be detail orientated with good analytical skills, with the ability to understand and follow processes.
This role will suit someone with an interest in Data Analytics, Problem Solving, Manipulating Data, Digital performance.

This Apprenticeship will be delivered by The Apprentice Academy whose success rates are amongst the highest in Greater Manchester with over 90% completing their Apprenticeship. This compares to a national and regional average of 69%. More importantly, at the end of the programme, the vast majority of apprentices progress into permanent employment and higher education.
