They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join them for their next season running. Located in their custom built quirky offices in Salford you will be joining a fast paced, fun loving working environment, with opportunities to travel.
About the role
- Sorting and distributing office mail
- Keeping the office organised and general office duties as required
- Processing incoming bookings in an organised and timely manner
- Dealing with general info email enquiries
- Following up on applicant’s DBS checks, making sure they have applied, paid for and received their documents
- Processing and checking Visa application paperwork
- Handling business correspondence
- Taking messages and transferring calls
- Faxing, scanning and copying documents
- Taking notes or minutes at meetings
- Attending promotional events
Skills and experience
You will be expected to have achieved/predicted: 5 GCSE grades A*-C including Maths and English and/or two A-levels Grades A – C or two BTECs Grade Merit or above (in any subjects).
Along with this they are looking for someone who has good time keeping, communication skills and the ability to work under your own initiative, experience of Microsoft applications is desirable.

This vacancy is only applicable for students in year 12 or year 13 who will be completing education in June 2017.
This Apprenticeship will be delivered by The Apprentice Academy whose success rates are amongst the highest in Greater Manchester with over 90% completing their Apprenticeship. This compares to a national and regional average of 69%. More importantly, at the end of the programme, the vast majority of apprentices progress into permanent employment and higher education.
