Personality diagnostic tools help individuals and teams to increase their performance through increased awareness of the self.
The Apprentice Academy provides two types of diagnostic:
DiSC is a personal assessment tool that individuals can use to better understand themselves, so they can adapt their behaviours to achieve more effective results. The questionnaire takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will produce a 17-page bespoke report. One of our qualified practitioners will then discuss the DISC results with the individual and create an action plan to help them fully benefit from the indicators.
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), is a self-report questionnaire that identifies the specific psychological preferences that underlie each individual’s interests, needs, values, and motivations.
These diagnostics can be done with individuals or can be run as in-house training sessions with teams, to help them better understand themselves and others, improve communication, reduce conflict, enhance team relationships and increase performance.
