Recruitment Resourcer – Who is the programme for?

The Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship is for individuals already in a resourcing or internal recruitment position. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates and to provide resourcing support to the recruitment function. The programme is eligible to existing employees and there is no age limit.

Programme overview

A highly flexible, blended programme that includes:

  • A Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (Cert RR) and a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing.
  • Learning topics including: Candidate attraction and selection, Candidate research, Candidate and client service levels, Interview techniques, Job writing advert writing, Client consultancy, Performance monitoring and management, Legal aspects of the role.
  • Regular one-to-one coaching with an experienced coach
  • Workbooks and online resources
  • Opportunities to meet and share ideas with other participants on the programme

* Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this prior to the end-point assessment.

Duration

Typically 12 – 18 months

Progression

On completion of the programme successful learners should have routes for progression into more senior roles within the industry.

Costs and funding

Employers paying the Apprenticeship Levy can use their funds to pay for apprenticeship training while generous funding is available to non-levy organisations.

Recruitment Consultant – Who is the programme for?

The Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship is for individuals who work within a recruitment agency environment. The programme is eligible to existing employees and there is no age limit.

  • A Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment Practice (Cert PRP) and a Diploma in Recruitment (Dip RP).
  • Learning topics including: Negotiating terms with clients, Job related KPIs, Candidate and client service levels, Successful sales techniques, Client consultancy, Performance monitoring and management, Legal aspects of the role.
  • Regular one-to-one coaching with an experienced management coach
  • Workbooks and online resources plus the TOP BILLER programme.
  • Opportunities to meet and share ideas with other participants on the programme
